    Q. What is the best way to ship you dinar for redemption?
    A. We recommend using FedEx or UPS and choosing a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. We do NOT recommend the USPS.

    Q. Can I buy with a debit card?
    A. We currently offer two payment methods: COD where payment is made at the time of delivery and pay by mail where you would send us your payment in advance. We are working on the introduction of new payment methods and hope to have an announcement in the next few weeks. Please add your name to our newsletter to keep updated.

    Q. Do I need a driver license? Or I can use other I'd? I'm from Mexico and I just have my consular Id and a Mexican passport

Other forms of ID are acceptable.  If you wish to place an order, a representative of our compliance team can work with you to make sure we would be receiving appropriate documents.

    Q. Hello, If I were to order batches of $1000 or more of IQD would it be possible to obtain only post-2014 uncirculated banknotes? Thank you.

While we may have post-2014 bank notes in inventory at times, we do not separate them from any other uncirculated notes and are not able to fill orders on request with them.  All notes issued after 2003 are legal tender in Iraq and have the same value.  We recently shared an article related to this matter here:

    Q. I don't see you selling 1000 dinar note any more why is that?

Currently, that denomination is back ordered. Some of the smaller denominations are more difficult to find in decent condition, but if they do become available again, we will activate that denomination on the web site.
