If I want to mail my payment to you, will you hold the inventory for me?
A.When you place an order to buy currency, you are given two payment options: "Pay by Mail" or "Collect on Delivery". If you select the "Pay by Mail" option, your inventory is set aside when you provide a copy of your payment prior to you shipping it to us. If you provide a copy of the payment before 5 pm on the following business day, your order will be set aside at that quoted price for 7 days from the original order date. Your order is then processed for shipment on the day we receive your payment.

A.We guarantee you that your check will be delivered within 2 business days of us signing for your package, however, 95% of customers receive their check the very next day.

I want to buy the 100k VND notes, but I don't see them available on your site. How do I know when and if they will be available?
A.If a specific denomination appears to be backordered on our site, you can send an email to info@safedinar.com with your request. For the VND and any other currency, if the denomination may not be available soon, we may be able to place a special order for you.
