To whom it may concern: I would like to acknowledge an outstanding employee you have working for you. I only know him as "David". But I feel "David" has "walked the extra mile". On every order or dealing that I have done with you guys, "David" has made a point of doing a follow up call, but not just a follow up or confirming the order. But has "helped" me think through my needs. This man has also taken responsibility for a screw-up that was clearly not his screw up...Not many people do this..
