  New uncirculated bills were not available at the time of my order. You support staff phoned me, explained the situation, and corrected the order quantity to reflect the price difference in the circulated bills. Nice. Everything else went as expected. Thanks.

  Each time I have accessed my order was filled properly and curtiously. I had placed 3 orders over the weekend last week, and the lady called me and combined all 3 orders and saved me $48.00 in fees. I was very pleased.
