Verification Requirement

To comply with guidelines set by the US Treasury we will require a copy of a current government ID (driver's license or passport) before we will release your order. If you have ordered from us before and have sent your ID then you will not need to send it again. If you are a first time customer please send a clear copy of a government ID to us.

We provide three ways for you to do this:

• FAX - 617.507.0725

  A cover page is not required, however, please write your name and order number on the fax. We highly recommend that you enlarge and lighten the copy of your ID before faxing.

• Email - info@safedinar.com

• Upload - You may upload an image of your ID from your computer by using our
  Document Upload Form.
