AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN Safe.Dinar™.com and Purchaser ("You" and variations thereof, means the purchaser under this Agreement)

BY PURCHASE OF IRAQI DINAR FROM Safe.Dinar™.com YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Offer and Acceptance: Your order for Iraqi Dinar via the Safe.Dinar™ website shall constitute your ("Offer") and will evidence Your intent that Your purchase of Iraqi Dinar shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Safe.Dinar.com™’s acceptance of Your offer is conditioned upon Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Your agreement to be bound thereto. Safe.Dinar™’s acceptance of Your offer shall be evidenced by delivery of the Iraqi Dinar to You ("Acceptance").
2. Price, Refund or Return: Prior to Acceptance, Safe.Dinar.com™ reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice. Upon Acceptance You shall have no right of refund or return.
3. Termination of Order: Safe.Dinar.com™ reserves the right to terminate any order prior to its Acceptance of Your Offer.
4. Disclaimer: Safe.Dinar.com™ provides no guaranty of the value of the Iraqi Dinar and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the fluctuation in the same. By making a purchase you agree that you have researched the Dinar and understand the risks involved. You are agreeing that you understand that the value of the Iraqi bank notes may go down or up depending on circumstances beyond our control. Safe.Dinar.com™ shall in no event be liable for any damages arising out of Purchaser’s use of the Safe.Dinar.com™ website. The website and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Safe.Dinar™ expressly disclaims any express or implied warranties in law or fact.
5. Limitation of Liability: Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, safe.dinar™ shall not be liable under any theory of relief, including without limitation, breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of or related to this agreement or products or services provided hereunder or safe.dinar™’s acts or omissions for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, whatsoever (including without limitation, loss of anticipated value of a business or its reputation) under this agreement, safe.dinar™’s liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amounts paid by you.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: By making an order, you hereby agree to allow Safe.Dinar™ to submit your name and other personal information to state, federal and international government authorities such as Interpol and United States authorizing agencies through SDN (the Specially Designated Nationals list) to meet OFAC, Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act and other relevant regulatory requirements. Safe.Dinar™ may, under certain circumstances, contact you to confirm that the information which you have provided to Safe.Dinar™ is accurate or to request supplemental information and may take such other steps to assist in verification of the information you have provided. Failure to provide such information when requested may result in the cancellation of your order.
7. Restricted Use. The reproduction, distribution, republication or retransmission by web site visitors of any materials posted at the Web site without prior permission of Safe.Dinar™ is prohibited. Web site visitors may download a copy of the materials on a single computer for personal noncommercial, home use or to purchase merchandise for your personal use.
8. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Safe.Dinar™, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that may be imposed on company, incurred by Company or asserted against Company in connection with any third party claim which arise out of, or are connected with the actual or asserted failure, omission or neglect of You to comply with this Agreement.
9. Copyright Policy. The content and software on this Site is the property of Safe.Dinar™ and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Safe.Dinar™ will terminate Your privileges to the extent You use the website to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so. In particular, if You submit content to this Site, whether articles, images, stories, software or other copyrightable material, You must ensure that the content does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties (such as privacy or publicity rights). After proper notification by the copyright holder or it agent to Safe.Dinar™, and confirmation through court order or admission by You that they You used the website as an instrument of unlawful infringement, Safe.Dinar™ will terminate the Your rights to use and/or access to the website. Safe.Dinar™ may, also in its sole discretion, decide to terminate a Your rights to use or access to the website prior to that time if Safe.Dinar™ believes that the alleged infringement has occurred.
