1) Choose the amount and denomination(s).
2) Enter your delivery information.
3) Your order will be delivered COD on the next business day.
What to expect from the ordering process:
- Place your order over the web or over the phone (877.723.3391) from one of our customer service people 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
- Additional Information: if you are a new customer or if your order is large, we will often require additional information before we will ship your order. We may require any or all of the following before we will ship your order: a faxed copy of a government ID(typically a driver's license or passport), a copy of the cashier's check or money order to be used as payment, proof of address(a copy of a major utility bill). Faxes should be sent to 617.507.0725 We recommend that you expand and or lighten whatever document that you are sending before you fax it. We cannot release orders where the documentation is unreadable.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us immediately after placing your order.
- You will need to have a cashiers check or money order for the full amount due.
- The driver will not accept cash or personal or business checks
- The check should be made out to “Safe D”
- Please put your name somewhere on the check for reference
- When the order ships you will receive a 2nd e-mail from FedEx which will include the tracking number for your order
- You may track your order by going to www.FedEx.com or by calling 800.GOFEDEX (800.463.3339)
- All orders are shipped via standard overnight service.
- Your actual delivery time is usually in the mid to late afternoon but this varies from area to area. Please consult FedEx on the expected delivery day for an approximate delivery time.
- At the time of delivery you will be asked for payment and you will be given your order.
